Monmouthshire Building Society is currently recruiting a Non Executive Director, a role that was of interest to one of Collective Thought's members.

However given the requirement set out on the Western Mail's jobs page, the Society may get many more candidates than it intended...

"The role is an extremely demanding one requiring a commitment of upwards of 35 lays per year, for which fees will be paid at an appropriate level."
