Use of site

Use of the Collective Thought website (hereafter "the site") in any form is subject to unqualified acceptance of these terms and conditions, including acceptance in advance of any variations of such terms implemented by Collective Thought or its parent company, Wilde Strategic Limited, (“Collective Thought”) which will be displayed on this page or elsewhere on the site. If you do not agree with the current terms and conditions please do not access or use the site.

No Warranties

Unless otherwise agreed, the site is provided and maintained free of charge to you. Collective Thought endeavours to maintain the site to the best of its ability, but is not responsible for any losses or damages (direct, indirect, consequential, punitive or special) that may result from defects of any sort, whether relating to the law of contract, or tort, or otherwise. You should not assume that the site is free from error or interruption, or that it will be suitable for the particular purpose which you have in mind in using it.

To register with Collective Thought you must be over eighteen years of age.

You agree that you are responsible for keeping your account information, including your user registration and password, confidential. You shall be responsible for all uses of your account whether authorised or not and you agree to immediately notify Collective Thought of any unauthorised use of your account.

Your personal details such as may be disclosed to us when you contact us will not be disclosed without your prior consent unless required to do so by law.

You must ensure that any information and data provided by you is full, accurate and verifiable, and that it is not malicious, defamatory, illegal, vulgar, obscene, racially or ethnically objectionable, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable (as to which utellus’ discretion is absolute).

Collective Thought reserves the right to remove from the site any information or data which it considers offends against those criteria or is inappropriate for the site. Collective Thought does not however otherwise screen information whether placed upon the site prior to its becoming automatically available or sent by e-mail to third parties, and it is not responsible for any act or omission by any person, firm, company or organisation, wherever they may be based, as a result, direct or indirect, of information contained on, accessed through or sent as a result of using the site.
